How is my health data protected?
BetterHealth prioritizes privacy. Your data is encrypted in transit and stored securely. You stay in full control and can export or delete your data anytime. Runar Health does not sell or share your data for advertising.
Do I need to share data to use the app?
No. The free demo requires no data collection and lets you explore the dashboard and features. Subscribing enables tracking, but you choose what to enter and connect.
How accurate are the insights and recommendations?
BetterHealth analyzes your inputs and supported data to identify general wellness trends. Insights are informational only and not medical advice. Accuracy depends on the quality and consistency of your data.
What if the recommendations don’t feel right for me?
The AI Coach adapts based on your feedback. You can adjust, ignore, or refine goals anytime to better fit your lifestyle and preferences.
What devices and platforms does BetterHealth work with?
BetterHealth supports iOS and Android devices. It does not currently offer direct syncing with Apple Health or Google Fit, but allows manual data entry.
Can I share my data with my doctor or others?
Yes. You can export your data for personal use or to share with a healthcare professional. Sharing is optional and fully controlled by you.
