1. Data Privacy & Security
How is my health data protected?
Runar Health prioritizes privacy and security. Your data is encrypted in transit and stored securely to help protect it throughout the experience. You stay in full control of your information and can export or delete your data at any time. BetterHealth does not sell or share your data for advertising.
Do I need to share data to use the app?
No. The free demo requires no data collection and lets you explore the dashboard and features before you commit. If you subscribe, tracking becomes available, but you still choose what to enter and connect.
2. Results & Interpretation
How accurate are the insights and recommendations?
BetterHealth analyzes the data you provide to identify general wellness trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. These insights are informational only and are not medical advice. Accuracy depends on the quality and consistency of your inputs.
What if the recommendations don’t feel right for me?
The AI Coach adapts based on your feedback, preferences, and goals. You can adjust recommendations, refine your goals, or ignore suggestions at any time so the experience fits your lifestyle.
3. Integration & Sharing
What devices and platforms does BetterHealth work with?
BetterHealth supports both iOS and Android devices. It does not currently offer direct syncing with Apple Health or Google Fit.
Can I share my data with my doctor or others?
Yes. You can export your data for personal use or to share with a healthcare professional. Sharing is always optional and fully controlled by you.

What does the free demo include?
The free demo lets you explore core features without entering personal data, so you can evaluate the app before subscribing.
What do I get when I subscribe?
A Basic subscription unlocks the core Runar Health tools, including Daily Log (Goals), Tracking, Trends, Custom Stacks, Clinical Reports, Analytics, and Clara.
A Pro subscription unlocks the full experience, including AI Coaching, Personalized Insights, Health Coverage Radar, and Risk Assessment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

Is BetterHealth a medical device?
No. BetterHealth is a wellness and health optimization platform designed to help users organize, understand, and track personal health information. It does not provide medical care and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease or medical condition. All information, scores, insights, and recommendations are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Should I follow the AI Coach instead of a doctor?
No. The AI Coach provides general wellness guidance only and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or a substitute for professional healthcare. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns, symptoms, medications, treatments, supplements, or health decisions.
