BetterHealth Tracker (“the Service”) is designed to prioritize user privacy. We do not require traditional personal identifiers, such as a name, email address, or ID, for basic functionality. If you voluntarily provide contact information, it is used solely for communication regarding the Service. We automatically collect limited technical information and system logs necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service. This may include basic request and performance data generated when you use the Service.
To provide AI-powered health insights, the Service transmits limited health data to a third-party API service. Where possible, we remove direct identifiers before transmission. The data shared is limited to what is necessary to generate health insights. All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols.
We employ technical and organizational measures, including encryption and secure processing environments, to protect your information. Local data stored on your device remains encrypted under your device’s native security architecture.
You maintain control over your data. You may request the deletion of any stored data associated with your session by contacting us at the email provided below.
The Service is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18.
By accessing BetterHealth Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Service immediately.

Your use of the Service does not create a doctor-patient, confidential, or privileged relationship between you and Runar Health LLC.
All content, features, software code, user interface designs, graphics, databases, trademarks, service marks, branding, and other materials comprising or associated with the Service—including, but not limited to, the name “Runar Health”, the Runar Health™ logo, and all associated proprietary materials—are owned by or licensed to Runar Health LLC and are protected by applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights laws.
Except as expressly authorized in writing by Runar Health LLC, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, frame, scrape, transmit, publish, rent, lease, loan, sell, license, or create derivative works from the Service or any of its contents, in whole or in part. You also may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to access or derive the source code or underlying structure of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUNAR HEALTH LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Runar Health LLC and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on the Service.
