Terms & Privacy
BetterHealth Tracker (“the Service”) is designed to prioritize user privacy. We do not require traditional personal identifiers, such as a name, email address, or ID, for basic functionality. If you voluntarily provide contact information, it is used solely for communication regarding the Service. We automatically collect limited technical information and system logs necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service. This may include basic request and performance data generated when you use the Service.
To provide AI-powered health insights, the Service transmits limited health data to a third-party API service. Where possible, we remove direct identifiers before transmission. The data shared is limited to what is necessary to generate health insights. All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols. This data is used solely to generate responses and insights for the Service and is not used by the third-party provider to train general models, except where required by the provider’s published policies or by law. Third-party providers act as service providers on our behalf and are not permitted to use your data for unrelated purposes where applicable.
We employ technical and organizational measures, including encryption and secure processing environments, to protect your information. Local data stored on your device remains encrypted under your device’s native security architecture. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You maintain control over your data. You may request the deletion of any stored data associated with your session by contacting us at the email provided below. Subject to applicable law, you may also have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling such requests. We may also retain certain information where required by law or for legitimate security, compliance, or operational purposes.
The Service is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it. If you believe that a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
By accessing BetterHealth Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Service immediately.
